Software support for Atarado PCB

This online application is made for Atarado and is still under developing. As tool for sketching prototyping PCB layout it is made with simplicity in mind.

Inspite that layout editor is made previously for Atarado boards, you can choose among other types of prototyping boards such as veroboard (stripboard), perfboard and other Atarado boards which is still not implemented but will be by developing process.

One of the rare functions for this kind of application is top and bottom view of PCB and while you putting electronics components on the top, bottom PCB view instantly updating changes made on the top view.

Placing the component is simple as can it be, just pick up electronics component from the list and put it on top PCB view by click-drag-release with your mouse button.

This is, according to our knowledge, the most complete application for prototyping board layout by Robert Lascelles. The program is called VeeCAD and clicking on the figure to the right will open the home site where you will find all details. The application supports importing netlist from various CAE programs, automated placement of components on the board and defining the copper cut points.

The author has decided to adjust its application to our Atarado SMART boards and we see it as a big step forward for all prototyping users.

This computer application is recommend whether or not you use Atarado SMART PCB-s. Do not be fooled by the Spartan look of the user interface, functionality is at a high level. Free version of software is avaliable but we recommend full version for 26.26 US$, and considering what it offers it's a steal.

This program is the work of programmer Branislav Stojkovic and was made in Java, so you can use it on Linux, Windows and MacOS, and it's free. We can consider it as a visual tool for making layout on various types of prototyping boards, and the version 3.0.8 beta on Linux is very stable.

The application is called Do it Yourself Layout Creator - DIYLC and does not offer the functionality VeeCAD, but the user interface, thanks to the talented developer Stojkovic, is very intuitive and extremely nice. Anyone interested should not miss the opportunity to try this useful and very pleasant piece of software.

This is a Windows application that supports work with Atarado TUBE PCB-s, and includes electronic schematic editor and layout view. It is completely free, and mouse click on the right figure will take you to a page where you can download this software for free.

In addition to standard functions, after the work was done, you will have component list too. It is very simple to use and easily creation of tube devices using Atarado TUBE boards makes it even more easier.

Using this software you have to chose on which Atarado TUBE board you want to work, and after schematic is edited you have layout instantly.
