PCB layouts on Atarado boards

Electronics assembly on Atarado SMART prototyping PCB

pwm regulator with 555 and mosfet

This picture shows the use of one type Atarado SMART prototyping PCB with assembly of PWM controller on the board.

Active electronic components that are used within the board are NE555 and MOSFET IRF540. Potentiometer is for adjusting duty cycle of pulse-width modulation.

There's no rush on the top of the PCB and components with wire jumpers are taking a very little place of 53x33mm board, and it's capable of much more complicated schematic to be implemented due to vast combinations of PCB layout.

PWM regulator - bottom side of PCB

pwm regulator pcb bottom

There is the view of same assembly, showing bottom side of PCB.

Atarado SMART PCB's are made from high quality FR4 epoxy with the printed legend of lines on top. It is obvious that there are no need of mechanical work in the assembly, or wiring point-to-point as on some prototyping boards, because of specific topology that is our innovation.

To help you apply your schematic to PCB layout, we're developing EDA computer application with component autoplacing.

Stereo audio amplifier with 2 x TDA2050

audio amplifier with TDA2050

Here's the audio power amp, assembled on our Atarado SMART prototyping PCB for Multiwatt IC packages.

Snapshot with two TDA2050 (each Pentawatt package) placed on board, capable to deliver up to 30W per channel, shows how simple and easy layout on prototyping PCB can be. As you can see the bottom side, there's no complicated rewiring on bottom, just few jumpers on top.

To make your work done is fun and easy as P, C, B...

USB DAC on TSSOP footprint Atarado PCB

USB DAC on stripboard like PCBoard

On those image you can see USB DAC assembled on stripboard like Atarado TSSOP PCboard (Texas Instruments TSSOP 28 footprint).

This is example of IC which is soldered on bottom side as you can see on right side of the image, and various components with connectors on top side of the PCboard (stereo RCA - female for output, USB connector for PC computer and 6,3 mm stereo female jack for audio input).

Very few wire jumpers and no TSSOP adapter for stripboards.
